A friend of mine, Mommy Rubz, had me design a postcard about her hometown, Cagayan de Oro Cityand she asked me to include these places of interest:
1. San Agustin Cathedral
2. Lim Ket Kai Mall
3. Night Cafe
4. Gaston Park
5. Macahambus Cave
6. MacArthur Memorial
7. Vicente de Lara Plaza
The annual fiesta celebrations is the Kagay-an Festival.
And when in Cagayan de Oro, you must try their pineapples and go on white water rafting.
I had been to CDO several times already but I have not visited these places, except perhaps the location of the Night Cafe that we passed by during the day so there was nothing to see. LOL Ironic.
The best thing to do if you are going somewhere, even if it is for business, is to look up the interesting sites in that city so that you will not miss attractions and experiences.
Well…next time.

I’ve been to Cagayan de Oro when I was a little girl so I no longer remember the places I’ve been at. If ever I visit CDO again, I would do white water rafting.
