A Malaysian friend of mine sent this video to me. And wow! This Chinese guy is really fast, considering that the fire on his stove is really flaming!
He is cooking a noodle dish. But instead of cooking it in one wok, he fried the noodles in one, sauteed the other ingredients in another, and just put them all together in another wok after everything was almost done. It was pretty systematic but he does it very fast, like about a fraction of a second per movement.
Now, I wonder how his food actually tastes? LOL But one thing I am pretty sure of is that he will really have sore muscles by the end of the day.
I would like to see him in action someday.
